His background includes more than 20 years of executive leadership with profit and loss responsibility for leading high-technology commercial and defense firms. Mr. Carlberg has over 35 years of experience in operations management in the electronics, telecommunications, and defense industries. This includes more than 20 years of executive leadership with profit/loss responsibility for leading high-technology commercial and defense firms. His areas of expertise include directing all lean manufacturing aspects of product development, production, supply chain management, sales, and service. He is president and chairman of the board of M2 Global Inc., a general partnership that owns and operates M2 Global Technology Ltd. The company provides high-performance microwave components and value-added aerospace contract manufacturing services.
Previously Mr. Carlberg served as senior vice president of worldwide operations of Harris Corporation’s Microwave Communications Division, which produces a broad range of microwave radios and microwave components for world markets. During his tenure at Harris, he contributed significantly to the Microwave Communications Division moving from a potentially “going out of business” posture to a number one position in US markets and a number four position in world markets. Under Mr. Carlberg’s leadership, the division’s San Antonio operation earned numerous awards and recognitions including the 1996 Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing, the 1996 Texas Business of the Year Award, the Organizational Excellence Award by the Association for Quality and Participation, and Clemson University’s 21st Century Organizational Excellence Premier Award. In both 1996 and 1998, the San Antonio operation was selected by Industry Week as one of the Top 25 Best Plants in North America. M2 Global received the U.S. Air Force 2005 Teaming to Succeed Award, the 2007 Association for Manufacturing Excellence Manufacturing Excellence Award, the 2011 SBA Small Business Subcontractor of the Year, Texas Manufacturing Star Award in 2012, a Lockheed Martin Top 25 Performing Supplier 2015 and Top 10 Veteran Owned San Antonio Businesses 2019.
Mr. Carlberg serves on the Utah State University Executive Advisory Board for the Shingo Prize, the world’s highest standard for operational excellence and the SW board of directors for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, an international nonprofit educational and benchmarking organization.

Her extensive experience in cash management and financial services with major US banks includes integrating cash management operations for two acquisitions and one merger. She is Chief Financial Officer of M2 Global, Incorporated, and a general partnership that owns and operates M2 GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY, LTD. The company provides high-performance microwave components, added value contract aerospace manufacturing services, and other related products and services.
Previously Ms. Meisetschleager served as assistant treasurer of operations for Ultramar Diamond Shamrock Corporation, where she was responsible for directing, negotiating, reviewing, and implementing banking and cash management operations for the corporation and its subsidiaries in both the US and Canada. She manages short-term debt strategies of $350 MM daily, directs multimillion-dollar negotiations for cash management and Treasury, manages relationships with 200 banks, and oversees processing operations for over 120,000 checks monthly. Previously she held management positions in Treasury, banking, and cash operations at Diamond Shamrock Corporation and served as corporate cash manager for Tesoro Petroleum Corporation.
Her banking experience includes serving as assistant vice president and loan officer for commercial, Small Business Administration, real estate, and installment lending at Northside Bank in San Antonio, Texas. She managed the credit department and organized, initiated, and directed the discount brokerage service and student loan portfolio.
Ms. Meisetschleager is a member of the National Treasury Management Association, a certified associate instructor in professional and management skills in Diamond Shamrock’s Associate Instructor Program, and a coordinator for Commitment to Education for inter-city schools. She has served on the board of directors for organizations including the Southwest Mental Health Center, Nonprofit Resource Center of Texas and Finance Committee, and Tesoro Employees Federal Credit Union.

Mr. Wohlfahrt has over 35 years of experience in technology-related manufacturing, focused primarily in the electronics and metalworking industries. His areas of expertise include directing all aspects of manufacturing engineering, production operations management, facilities management, and environmental health and safety. Prior to joining M2 Global, Mr. Wohlfahrt spent 18 years with Harris Corporation’s Microwave Communications Division (now Aviat Networks), which produced a broad range of microwave radios and radio frequency components for world markets. As director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Support, he developed and implemented strategic business improvement initiatives including just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing, statistical process control (SPC), quality function deployment (QFD), ISO 9000 registration, Concurrent Engineering (streamlined new product introduction), and an ISO 14000-compliant environmental management system.
Mr. Wohlfahrt’s accomplishments at Harris include developing and implementing a formal new-product introduction process that decreased product development time by 60% and reduced the number of new product change orders by over 50%. He directed the programming and construction of a 135,000-square-foot addition to the San Antonio facility, including involvement in financing and tax-abatement acquisition. Previously, he was responsible for operations management of Harris’s analog RF business, including printed circuit board (PCB) and metal fabrication operation. He successfully led efforts to establish four offshore operations for Harris (three in Mexico and one in Brazil). This Division was awarded the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence.
Before his employment with Harris Corporation, Mr. Wohlfahrt held positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing engineering and operations management with Motorola Inc. and Datapoint Corporation.

As controller for Reed Candle Company, a candle manufacturer in San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Blessing was responsible for cost accounting and preparing monthly financial statements, as well as managing cash control, credit and collections, billing, and customer service. He worked closely with the management team to develop and implement company goals.
Previously, Mr. Blessing served as plant controller for Arlon Signtech, Ltd., a manufacturer of flexible vinyl sign products in San Antonio. He was responsible for plant cost accounting, preparing monthly financial statements, and managing all data processing functions. He handled all accounting and inventory control duties and was proficient in the use of PeopleSoft software. His achievements included acting in a key management position in the implementation a lean manufacturing program.
As controller for Agape Moving Services in San Antonio, Mr. Blessing managed all accounting functions and was actively involved in budgeting and planning. He was responsible for a broad range of functions at the company including insurance, human resources, income taxes, banking, and preparing financial statements.
Prior to joining Agape, Mr. Blessing was chief financial officer of Consolidated Care Crew Home Health Agency, a nonprofit home health nursing agency in San Antonio. He supervised accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll and was responsible for planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Earlier in this career, Mr. Blessing served as controller for several other businesses including a manufacturer of packaging materials, a provider of home intravenous drug therapy, a distributor of air conditioning and heating equipment, and a manufacturer of machined bearings and seals. His responsibilities in these roles included financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, inventory control, cash management, audit coordination, and manufacturing cost analysis. In addition, he supervised accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, and bookkeeping.
